Guest counts are estimates and depend on design detail and how quickly children make their selections. Your date is reserved after the service agreement is signed and the 25% retainer is received.
About the Artist
Welcome to Glimzee!
My journey with art began when I was just 8 years old, drawing comic strips and cartoons simply because I loved creating. I was always drawing at my grandma’s house, filling my time with sketches and imagination. As I got older, I watched my twin sister discover digital drawing on a digital pad during middle school, which inspired me to continue exploring different ways to create art.
At 15 years old, my creativity took a new direction when I discovered makeup artistry. I fell in love with creating looks for special events, including prom, color guard, and marching band makeup. I loved how makeup could transform not only someone's appearance, but also their confidence.
After graduating high school, I attended an Esthetician program and became licensed in esthetics, expanding my knowledge of beauty, skincare, products, and professional sanitation.
I then spent 3 years in management at Sephora, a cosmetic store, where I supervised and supported others with makeup application, product knowledge, and customer experience. That experience gave me an even deeper appreciation for artistry, beauty, and helping people feel their best.
Then came a whole new chapter — becoming a mom.
Having children of my own brought me back to something that had always been a part of me: creating art just for the joy of it. That eventually led me to face painting.
And that’s how Glimzee came to life.
From drawing cartoons as a little girl, to makeup artistry, esthetics, beauty retail, motherhood, and now face painting — what a journey!
I truly believe art is amazing because it can change form while still remaining a part of who you are. What started with crayons and comic strips has grown into creating colorful, joyful art on faces and helping make special moments even more memorable.

Party questions, answered.
How many children can you paint?
A two-hour party is planned for up to approximately 20 guests. The exact number depends on the designs selected, children's ages, and the flow of the line. For a larger group, include the guest count in your inquiry and we will recommend the right amount of time.
What do you need at the party?
A level, well-lit area with enough room for the artist, the compact table setup, and a short line. For outdoor events, a shaded and weather-protected location is needed.
Can children under 3 have face paint?
For safety and comfort, children under 3 cannot have face paint applied to their cheeks. When appropriate, Glimzee may offer a small design on the hand or arm instead.
Are the paints made for skin?
Glimzee uses professional products intended for face and body painting. For everyone's comfort, we cannot paint over irritated or broken skin, and we may offer a hand or arm design instead when appropriate.
Do you offer glitter services?
Yes. Glitter temporary tattoos and glitter roots for hair are available by request. Include the service and estimated number of guests in your inquiry so Glimzee can provide pricing and timing.
How do we remove the face paint?
Use mild soap, warm water, and a soft washcloth. Avoid scrubbing. Some highly pigmented colors may leave a faint tint that typically fades with another gentle wash.
What happens if the weather changes?
Outdoor bookings need a covered backup area. If severe weather makes the event unsafe, contact Glimzee as soon as possible so we can discuss the available options.
